International Orders

We do offer shipping outside of the United States. APO/AFO addresses should use standard U.S. shipping options (Free shipping or Express). For shipments outside the U.S. other than APO/AFO addresses, please choose your country from the drop down list in the shopping cart.

We have recently removed a lower cost international shipping option for our customers. Small Flat Rate Boxes are not insurable for international deliveries, and may no longer be tracked outside of the United States without an official investigation. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you do not purchase Priority shipping with insurance, we are not able to track or offer assistance if the package does not arrive, therefore once it leaves our hands and you don't have insurance we have no way of offering replacement or refunds if the package gets lost in the US or Intl postal service.

Package Acceptance:

International orders must be signed for upon delivery. The postal service in most countries will attempt multiple deliveries if the first one is unsuccessful. At a certain point, however, the package will be abandoned if future attempts are not successful. BSL Enterprises is not responsible for any international package that is abandoned because delivery is not successful at the address provided when the order was placed. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for any international package abandoned under these circumstances. TranZwear nor Boisland Enterprises is responsible for any customs charges incurred when the products are shipped international. Individual country Customs charges at times can occur randomly and it is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees,, TW and BSL take no responsibility for possible custom sur-charges
