We have experienced sewists to make your gear to your specifications. We also use high end professional materials, including professional grade elastic and actual Cock rings, thick and made to last, not thin Home Depot plumbing "O" rings that are inexpensive and will snap after a few uses of taking your packer in and out of the ring. If spending your hard earned dollars on products that will last is important, you've come to the right place. We set our standards high, we won't provide you items that we wouldn't use ourselves. Nothing goes out without being tested by members of the community who have given their feedback and thumbs up to the final design.

Shipping & Refunds
Each item is custom made; your order will ship out within 13-17 business days of receipt of order. For Int'l orders, we ship twice per week, normally Monday and Fridays. If for any reason, you need to get your order made and delivered quickly, please email me before you place the order and we can discuss your options. Usually I can accommodate your reasonable request, both by where your order lands in the production queue and shipping options. I cannot offer tracking or insurance for 1st class Int'l thereby cannot guarantee their arrival without paying for Priority w/tracking and insurance. Depending on the speed or delays of the US and Intl postal and custom agencies will determine the arrival of your package.
First Class shipping is currently available on all domestic orders. Priority Mail and Express shipping are also available.
None of our products are eligible for returns or refunds due to state health regulations and the custom work involved. Ordering the wrong size briefs, trunks or boxers will not be accepted as a valid reason for returns. Sizes are stated on each item. If you feel that you have ordered the wrong size, please notify us immediately by email. Once your order ships, we will not be able to correct the issue.
We take great care to properly package your order for shipping. If your package is damaged during shipping, please notify the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to save everything, including the box and shipping materials.
We do offer shipping outside of the United States. APO/AFO addresses should use standard U.S. shipping options (Free shipping or Express). For shipments outside the U.S. other than APO/AFO addresses, please choose your country from the drop down list.
With international orders, the postal service in most countries will attempt multiple deliveries. At a certain point, however, the package will be abandoned if delivery is not successful. Boisland Enterprises will not be responsible for any international package that is abandoned because delivery was not successful at the address provided when the order was placed. No refunds will be issued for any international package that was abandoned under these circumstances. |
Payment, Sales Tax & Privacy
We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, or MasterCard. Unfortunately, if your shipping address is within the state of California, the state wants their share. All California orders will be charged sales tax at 9.50%.
If you pay for Priority or Express shipping, this means your package will arrive faster once it is shipped, it does not mean your order has higher priority in the production queque. Your order, no matter how it travels in the postal system, gets in line behind the orders that were inordered before it. We make all attempts to send out your order within 5-7 business days, more often sooner.
We respect and uphold your privacy. The personal information we collect from you such as name, address, email address etc. is used only to establish your customer account, process payments, and serve you better. We do not sell your information to other parties. On a very occasional basis, we may email you to notify you about with special offers or sales. You may unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email. |
Product and Sizing Information
Due to variations in our ability to get good pricing on different brands and styles, we may not have the exact items shown in photos. This is why we list a Regular style and an Athletic style. The Regular style will be mostly cotton, some 100%, some 80% cotton with 20% poly or nylon. The fit is a bit looser than the Athletic style, which tends to fit snug and stays snug all day. The Athletic style will always be a product that is advertised as such by the manufacturer. Either a "performance" or "athletic" styling means that the boxers will have a mix of cotton, spandex, and or nylon as well as feature called "moisture wicking", help keeping you dry and cool. The Athletic styles usually stay in place throughout the day without riding up on the legs or crotch. If you have any doubt of the type that suits you best, please email me (Den) and I can help you choose a pair that makes the most sense for you.
VERY IMPORTANT! All of these products are sized using standard MEN's sizing. Men's sizing is different from women's sizing, as men's and women's bodies and shapes are different. Please pay close attention to the size you choose. Men's sizing goes off the assumption that most men's bodies have waist and hips that are practically the same size. If you have a noticeable difference between your waist and hips, size up. Trying to put your 34" body into a 30" pair of underwear is not going to work; the same goes for harnesses and jockstraps. They are not stretchable - a 30" is at it's max at 30". These are custom made products and we cannot take them back once they have shipped. If you have any questions about size, please email me and I can help you choose the right size for your body. Take your waist measurement at belly button level; this is where the majority of men's underwear will ride. If you are ordering the Athletic style Trunk, you need to measure right below the belly button - this is our only "low rise" style. Measure your hips mid butt level; if you are more than 3" different than your waist, you may want to order the next size up. |
