We have experienced sewists to make your gear to your specifications. We also use high end professional materials, including professional grade elastic and actual Cock rings, thick and made to last, not thin Home Depot plumbing "O" rings that are inexpensive and will snap after a few uses of taking your packer in and out of the ring. If spending your hard earned dollars on products that will last is important, you've come to the right place. We set our standards high, we won't provide you items that we wouldn't use ourselves. Nothing goes out without being tested by members of the community who have given their feedback and thumbs up to the final design.

You have a the choice of one, two or three pack of this great sporty brief. The More you buy, the cheaper they come. Made with a spandex cotton blend that gives you a nice fit around your packer, keeping it right in front where you want it. Comes with of one of three different types of inserts by BulletBriefs. See below and in photos. Size from SM-XLG, they run small, so pay attention to sizing. When in doubt, size up. Assorted colors, list in comments and we'll use if available.

The most popular design is called the Jock Pocket*. Similar to the All-In-One insert, the Jock Pocket features a C ring hole sewn in the front side of the pouch to extend the packer shaft thru for a natural hang and added security This insert is a top-loading pocket and is between you and your packer.

The Free-Ball* insert consists of a lightweight nylon/spandex panel with a fabric sewn C ring through which the packer shaft extends. An elastic ball cage is attached at the bottom to hold the ball pack securely in place. This insert has the packer against your skin. A ball cage keeps your packer from spinning in the C ring and prevents C ring from digging into the silicone, helping to prevent tears.

The 3rd and final insert is our PackRight harness, a 1.25" C ring at the base of a V shaped elastic design, with or without a ball cage. A ball cage prevents the packer from spinning in the ring as well as offers support to help prevent the C ring from tearing the soft silicone if too tight. This insert has the packer against your skin.

Due to added work, the FreeBall and PackRight with ball cage are an additional cost. If you are buying more than one pair of briefs when choosing these inserts you must also choose that same quantity in your insert quantity or we'll use the Jock Pocket as default insert.
