We have experienced sewists to make your gear to your specifications. We also use high end professional materials, including professional grade elastic and actual Cock rings, thick and made to last, not thin Home Depot plumbing "O" rings that are inexpensive and will snap after a few uses of taking your packer in and out of the ring. If spending your hard earned dollars on products that will last is important, you've come to the right place. We set our standards high, we won't provide you items that we wouldn't use ourselves. Nothing goes out without being tested by members of the community who have given their feedback and thumbs up to the final design.

"What is a ball cage?"
A ball cage is added to a harness at the base of the C ring. It is designed to the hold the ball sac of your packer or packnplay. Most STP's made these days use the ball sac to create the area that seals against your body, so you won't need one for most STP's. However, STP's made with mass manufactured packers, that use a receptacle and tubing, can use a ball cage. The ball cage supports the silicone weight and helps take the pressure of the C ring off the base of your packer. This helps prevent the C ring from causing the packer to tear. The other thing a ball cage does is prevent your packer from spinning within the C ring and keeps it facing forward. We offer on some harnesses as well as in the DYI area, a head strap to add to the ball cage. This assists with larger packers or semi rigid or erect packers by keeping the head down. See photo below.

"What size C (O ring) ring do I need?"
A C or O ring is a cock ring that you slide the shaft of your packer/STP/Packnplay/Dildo thru on your harness. The standard
size packer uses a 1.25" sized ring. Some larger packers or packnplays use a 1.50". Since we don't sell other company's dildos' or 3/1 ones on our site, with exception to Axolom, so we don't have the measurements of these products but have been told by other customers that the girth is much larger than standard packers and need anywhere from 1.50", 1.75" or 2.00" ring. It is up to you to measure your prosthetic to determine the size you will need for your gear. We sell the larger rings in the DYI area and if you need a larger one for the harness you are ordering, you can buy one from that area and we'll add it to your harness. The rings can stretch up to an inch, see photo. You should always stretch the ring to slide the shaft thru, never pull on the shaft as it will lose the battle and you can end up tearing the silicone. The ring size is measured in diameter, across, not circumference, around. (Takes you back to geometry, eh?)
The best way to measure the ring you need is to take your packer, lay it on a piece of paper. Take a pen and mark a dot close to each side at the bottom of the base next to the balls. This is where the ring will sit on your packer. Remove the packer, and measure between the dots. This is the largest size you will need, if you want it a bit loose, order that size, if you want it a bit snug (not too much) order a quarter inch smaller. Remembering that too tight can cause the silicone to tear. We are not responsible for your prosthetic tearing; this is a result of both too tight C ring and/or misuse of taking it in and out of the C ring.
