Return Policy: 

Our TranZwear clothing line is not eligible for refunds due to state health regulations and the custom work involved.  Furthermore, ordering the wrong size briefs, trunks or boxers will not be accepted as a valid reason for returns.  Sizes are stated on each item.  If you feel that you have ordered the wrong size, please notify us immediately by email.  Once your order ships, we will not be able to correct the issue. 

Soft packs and the P-Style are also non-returnable due to state health regulations. 

Shipping Policy:

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.  We'll ship it faster if you're willing to pay extra. 

Sales Tax: 

Unfortunately, if your shipping address is within the state of California, the state wants its share. All California orders will be charged sales tax at 9.50%.

The personal information we collect from you such as name, address, email address etc. is used only to establish your customer account and serve you better.  Absolutely no information about you is released, sold or exchanged with any other party, except to process credit card transactions or conduct customer service surveys.
