Let's get real my friends...We are not Amazon. We don't have thousands of warehouses all over the world, nor millions of robots pulling stock from shelves for same day shipping. So please understand we have a production timeline to produce and ship your custom made to order gear. The reality is that we are a 3-4 person team, down to a 2 person team due to COVID19, within a small warehouse of underwear and silicone, add to that our "bat cave" sewing room and that is Tranzwear in a nutshell. We work incredibly hard to get your order out as quickly as we can. So please please please don't email us 6 hours after you place your order looking for your tracking number. Read your receipt, we describe in detail the information regarding production timeline. We're a small trans based community shop making custom made to order gear for you. We don't have "operators standing by". We all wear all hats, and start out printing your orders in the morning, answering emails and then the rest of the day sewing, sewing sewing, getting underwear and harnesses made for the orders set to be completed in the day. Then making STP's, cutting inserts and prepping harness templates in the afternoon once we have all the orders of the day packed up and ready to ship.
I offer the most variety on the web of packing underwear, you won't find any other shop with the variety, styles, brands nor low prices like I offer here on Tranzwear. We add new silicone products to the site almost every week, keeping the prices as low as possible. I understand how hard it is to earn a buck these days and work hard to get you the best products at the lowest prices we can afford to offer. Heck, I even offer items on the site at what I actually pay for them, as I don't want to have you pay more than the value. On those products I lose money, but do this so you can afford to get gear that you need for your journey.
Everything with exception to the silicone/packers/FormFunction STPs listed on our site are custom made to order just for you. All our harnesses are made from scratch, from 100 yd rolls of elastic, and every insert for your underwear is made and sewn by one of our staff. We get 30+ yards of spandex every month that we cut into individual inserts, an insert that is created on the sewing machine, and then sewn into the underwear of your choosing. Every STP is made to order. (with exception to the FormFunction ))) This means we take the time it needs to get your order done the way you ordered. By being a small shop and by keeping staff to a minimum, and having everything is in stock here in our shop, we can offer you these great prices, but it also means it takes time to produce each item. You can go elsewhere to buy off the shelf items, or shops that ships the order from a manufacturer when you place your order and drop ship it to you, but we are the only trans based custom in-house shop, making gear just how you ordered it. By supporting us, you are getting quality gear at decent pricing. If we hired more staff to get orders out a few days earlier, we'd have to bump our prices up considerably. We'd rather make decent priced, quality gear, custom made to fit your changing body, than ship 2-3 days earlier. So we'd rather offer lower prices than offer Amazon speed, it's just how we are choosing to offer our gear, and it's worked for over 10 years. I, as owner of the company, welcome any inquiry in the process, or where your order is in our production line up, I answer emails all hours of the day and night, I make a commitment to answer every email within the same day, if not immediately after receiving it. If you don't hear from me, it means I didn't get the email, try a different way or send it again. We know there are other businesses that don't follow that same response time or quality gear commitment, but it's been our key mission since the get go to offer low priced products as well as revive the dying art of customer service, you all deserve it, we all do. It's not always about filling pockets with cash. This is a community shop, and that means something to us, we hope you agree.
Due to customization of most orders, as well as your order getting in line behind the orders that came in front of it, the estimated production to ship timeline is an estimated 15-21 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays/weekends). Some orders may take a bit longer, depending on our workload at the time of your order. This translates to 3-4 calendar weeks.
DELIVERY TIMELINES :Domestic and International what your shipping choice means: Choosing expedited shipping methods will only reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit, it's a upgrade in shipping/delivery speed. It does not mean we bump your order to the head of the production line. We work hard on getting your gear to you as soon as we can. This doesn't mean it will be DELIVERED in 7-10 days, but it will normally leave our shop in that time frame. Most of the time there are at least 50 if not 100 orders ahead of yours, and we work on the first come first serve method. If you are only ordering a packer or other item that is off the shelf, we do gather those orders on a daily basis and do a batch shipping the next business day.
Shipping times for USPS first class domestic can be anywhere from 3-7 days, during holiday times up to 12 days. Retail Ground is an alternative to items that can't ship first class ( over 15 oz) and can take according to USPS, since it goes by truck, up to 12 business days. Priority, depending on where you live, takes anywhere from 1-5 days, holiday time up to 7. And Express Priority is usually 1-2 business days.
Total time, for US shipments, between our production timeline and your delivery option, can be close to a month on a normal basis.
As far as shipping time, Int'l First Class to Canada is about 7-10 days, Priority is 3-7 days, Int'l First Class to European countries, according to the USPS website is 10-21 days, in reality it can be up to 30. But all of this being said, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE DELIVERY TIME FRAME, ONCE WE HAND IT OFF< IT'S UP TO USPS TO DO THEIR JOB WE PAY THEM TO DO> Travel time internationally is affected by customs, and we have no control once the package leaves our shop as to when it will arrive. We do our best for the Int'l orders to fly under the customs radar to avoid VAT, but again, we have no control over how they handle each order.
Please check the USPS website if you have any questions regarding ship time depending on your shipping options. We ship from zip code 94114. If you have any other shipping questions you can always email us with specific questions. We usually are able to accommodate your request for your order to be worked on and shipped earlier than our normal production time if you have a trip, vacation or other such event like a birthday. WE NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER IF THIS IS THE CASE< WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL SHIP EXACTLY on our timeline. It's best to check in with us ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery and we will ask that you purchase Priority or Express shipping to make sure USPS gets it to you in time for your event.
All in all, with our customization's, amount of orders ahead of yours, and with all the shipping options, the bottom line is : for US orders, from the time to place your order to the time it arrives on your doorstep can be a month or more, again we have no control over USPS and the speed in which they delivery your box. Int'l orders can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks.
Special Considerations: Speedy production
If you have a special event or going back to school or on vacation, and need your order quicker than our normal turnaround, please email us PRIOR to placing the order and we will discuss your options, and work with you on your timeline. This may mean you would be required to pay for expedited shipping and we would produce your order ahead of schedule, but it all depends on how swamped we are and what the items are that you need. We would like to assist you whenever possible, but we need to discuss all of this BEFORE you place the order.
What does the shipping box say and look like?
No we don't drive up to your house in the dick truck with packers graphically portrayed all over..lol. Nor is "Tranzwear" on anything that is viewable to the public.
We are very discrete in our shipping and on your credit card statement. We ship in plain brown boxes with DK Tucker/Boisland/BSL Enterprises on the return address label. Your Credit card or Paypal statement will have the same information. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the box for domestic packages. For Int'l packages, we list "medical device, gel mold or personal apparel" on the customs log. When possible or when packers don't have an exterior box as some come in bulk plastic bags, we will place silicone items inside paper bags inside the box.
Our TranZwear® clothing line is not eligible for returns due to health and safety considerations for our staff, and the custom work involved. Once an item leaves our shop, it is considered worn. We have no way to determine otherwise, and thereby the item cannot be returned for any reason.
Soft packs, packers, silicone, STPs and the P-Style are likewise non-returnable due to health/safety reasons, any item that can come in contact with your body. We do not accept any returns for any reason beyond factory defect.
The only acceptable means of return will be manufacturer/customizing defect. The item must be returned to us -un worn- or laundered-so that we can evaluate for repair or replacement, NOT REFUND. We will credit your shipping costs back to you if we find the defect is a manufacturer defect, not caused by customer. It will entirely be our decision at to whether it is manufacturer defect or customer defect (due to wrong sizing, or washing incorrectly etc).
Ordering the wrong size briefs, trunks, boxers, harnesses or binders will not be accepted as a valid reason for returns. Sizes are stated on each item. If you feel that you have ordered the wrong size, please notify us immediately by email. Once your order ships, we will not be able to correct the issue.
If an order is sent back to our shop due to a undeliverable address, you can opt to have it reshipped, and you'll pay shipping fee for the reship. If your order contains custom made items, there is no refund and we will need another address to ship to with the add'l fee to be paid for shipping before we reship. If the box was returned due to our error of mislabeling the box, we immediately reship and pay for the reshipment costs. If you place an order and decide to cancel it prior to our production up to 48 hrs post order only, we will refund your order minus a 10% administration fee. If you want to cancel after production has begun, we will only refund the non customized items minus the 10% administration fee. The remainder of your order will ship.
We offer USPS First Class, Retail Ground or Priority, and Priority Express shipping on U.S. domestic orders; we offer First Class and Priority shipping for our international customers. We ship at cost both domestic and internationally, it is all based on weight and where it is going. Insurance and or/ signature required is available for US address and for Priority shipping with Intl'l shipping, not with International First Class shipping. It is highly suggested that if you live in the US, you pay for Signature Required. if you live in an APT or condo complex and the carrier leaves routinely leaves packages on doorsteps This guarantees your parcel won't be stolen off your doorstep as they need to hand the box to the person listed on the label. We are not responsible nor will we replace boxes that have been stolen from your address or boxes that USPS confirms delivery and you claim you have not received. It is up to you to follow up with USPS as to where the package was left and with whom, and/or file a claim with USPS for refund if you believe that they did not deliver it. this is another reason to purchase the Signature Required option.
For Int'l shipping TranZwear nor Boisland Enterprises is not responsible for any charges incurred when the products are shipped international and may incur add'l taxes or fees. Customs charges at times can occur randomly and it is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees, TW and BSL take no responsibility for possible custom VAT or sur-charges. If your order is returned for any reason, beyond Tranzwear typing incorrect shipping address as provided by customer, customer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs.
If you do not purchase Priority shipping, we are not able to track or offer assistance if the package does not arrive, therefore once it leaves our hands and you don't have tracking, USPS does not allow a claim to be filed if it gets lost in the US or Int'l postal service. Some country's custom services are more stringent than others.
Tranzwear offers international shipping to all countries serviced by the United States Postal Service. For our international customers, we know that the high cost of shipping is the main obstacle to ordering from a U.S. website. While we have no control over postal rates, we offer two options for your convenience. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we offer First Class International. Please note that if you choose this option, your package is not guaranteed to be tracked once it leaves the United States. This is only available with Priority shipping. Tranzwear can only provide a certificate of mailing for First Class International packages. The customer assumes all risk when choosing this option. We do not offer refunds for non-trackable 1st class Int'l packages reported as "lost." You take this risk when shipping without tracking, and it will be your responsibility to file a claim with USPS or your postal office to trace the box.

Unfortunately, if your shipping address is within the state of California, the state wants its share. All California orders will be charged sales tax at 9.50%. And any other state that now requires us to collect and pay their tax, we do collect on your order.
