 International Shipping/Exchange rate Etc:We offer our items in USD: US dollars. It is up to you to determine the exchange/conversion rate and/or if your bank charges you fees for making a purchase from a US site in US dollars. The amount on the total on the shopping cart is what you are charged in and what we collect in US dollars. This may be a different amount on your credit card/bank statement due to currency conversion. Please contact us if you have any questions about exchange rates. For our international customers, we know  that       the high cost of shipping is the main obstacle to ordering from a U.S.        website. While we have no control over postal rates, we offer two       options for  your convenience. Priority contains a tracking     number and the delivery time is much shorter than the 1st class   choice.   It is also more costly, but it can be traced and if necessary,   a claim   can be filed if the box is lost. 1st class Int'l contains no   guaranteed   tracking information, and the delivery time is not guaranteed.   Due to the fact there is no tracking, there is no   guaranteed delivery, we cannot offer refunds if the   box is lost in the   customs or delivery system. If it shows that the box is on it's way back to us for any reason, we will contact you upon receiving the box. If the return was due to our error of listing the incorrect address, we will pay the cost of sending the order back to you. But if it was returned for ANY OTHER REASON, it will be up to you to pay the return shipping charges. We are not responsible for your customs or your postal service returning the box due to you not picking up the box or not being home to accept the delivery. The   postal service in most countries will   attempt multiple deliveries if   the first one is unsuccessful.  At a   certain point, however, the   package will be considered abandoned if future attempts   are not successful.      Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for any international package     abandoned under these circumstances. If the box is returned to us, we will contact you regarding reshipment and to collect the appropriate shipping fee to do so. DUE TO COVID19 THERE IS A HUGE DELAY FOR DELIVERY TO   MOST COUNTRIES. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE PACKAGES MOVEMENT.   HISTORICALLY WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY LOST BOXES GOING TO ANY INT'L LOCATION,   BUT THE DELIVERY TIME IS GETTING LONGER AND LONGER.  There are a number of countries which have customs restrictions of the type of products acceptable by customs including:
 Argentina,   Bahrain, Canary Island, China, Ghana, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Jordan,   Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian   Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab   Emirates, Venezuela. Please be advised   that Tranzwear will not be responsible for shipments which are confiscated by   customs. We do list our silicone products as "non liquid silicone gel mold"" As our items are necessary for medical transition they are not "sex toys" but your customs agency may choose to qualify them as such. As of this date, 6/16, we have not had any boxes reported to be confiscated due to this issue. Depending   on your country, International orders might require the package to be   signed for upon delivery.
 TranZwear     nor Boisland Enterprises are NOT responsible for any customs charges   incurred when   the products are shipped international. Individual   country Customs charges can   occur randomly and it is the   customer's responsibility to be aware of your country's regulations regarding online store purchases and to pay these   fees, TW and BSL take no   responsibility for possible custom sur-charges. We must claim these   items for what they are, merchandise. We cannot claim the shipment as GIFT.  To do so   would risk my ability as a business to ship outside of the US> we have to claim   this as merchandise. We do write these names for the following items:   For any packer or STP: Non liquid silicone Gel mold, for any underwear, workout clothing or   harnesses: personal apparel. If STP alone: Medical device. There is no   indication on the outside of the package of the exact name of any of the   items you are ordering. The return address is either only my name, Den   Tucker or my name and BSL/Boisland Enterprises. Tranzwear is not on anything on the outside of the box. So far, from what customers have reported to us, customs has been   kind to our packages and not held or added VAT on the packages with exception to a few countries who charge a VAT no matter what the value is of the products inside the box.
 
 APO/AFO addresses should use standard U.S. shipping options (Free shipping, First class,  Priority  or Express).  For   shipments outside the U.S. other than APO/AFO addresses, please choose   your country from the drop down list in the shopping cart.  Shipping: We do offer shipping outside of the United States.  RECENT CHANGES IN THE USPS REGULATIONS REGARDING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:  USPS REFUSES TO NOW PICK UP INT'L PACKAGES FROM BUSINESSES OR HOMES. ALL INT'L PACKAGES HAVE TO BE TAKEN TO A US POSTAL FACILITY AND BE SEEN AND STAMPED BY AN EMPLOYEE.  Due to these changes and the fact I now have to take packages to the post office and wait in line each time, I am shipping Int'l packages twice a week. Most likely Friday's and Monday's.  I still will get your order out within my estimated 7-10 business day time frame, and being aware of the added possible delay, will attempt to get your order out sooner than that.
